Planting & Care:
Plant after all danger of frost has passed, in rich, well-drained soil, facing the eye upward.
Space tubers at least 30 cm apart. Water sparingly until shoots emerge; once growing, maintain consistent moisture without waterlogging. Taller varieties benefit from staking early.
Quality & Assurance:
Every tuber has been lifted by hand, and stored throughout the winter. Thorough inspection has been undertaken to ensure the tuber is free from disease and one healthy eye is present. While size and texture may vary slightly , every tuber shipped has been carefully selected for viability.
Successful growth depends on local conditions (soil, climate, care). While we guarantee healthy arrival, we cannot guarantee performance under every gardener’s conditions.
Shipping & Handling:
We dispatch tubers NZ wide within 1-2 days of receiving an order. We do not accept returns just because you changed your mind and take our upmost care to package the tuber to avoid damage in transit. If your tuber arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 48 hours with photos — we’ll do our best to help.
